The contribution fee includes the Marathon (Friday – Sunday) + 2 Brunches + 2 Dinners + Fruits and water + After Marathon entrance (Sunday night) + Shuttle service that connects Villa Castelletti to Signa.

REGISTRATION RULES
Individual registrations only
If you plan to participate as a couple, each partner must complete a separate registration form and mention the partner’s name in the designated field.
Balanced participation
Acceptance of participants will be based on maintaining balance (gender/role and nationality). Therefore, the order of registration will not be the only criterion for confirmation.
Confirmation process
You will receive an email informing you whether your registration has been accepted (please allow at least two weeks). The email will also include payment instructions.
Dinner schedule
Participants will be asked to select one of three Dinner Turns:
• T1: 19:30–20:30
• T2: 20:30–21:30
• T3: 21:30–22:30
You will receive an email after your confirmation (“YOU ARE IN” email) to choose your dinner turn, which will be the same for both Friday and Saturday. Dinner times will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Final confirmation
Your participation will be officially confirmed upon receipt of payment (via the “YOU ARE IN” email). If you. If you are participating as a couple, your participation will be confirmed once both payments have been received.
Non-transferable participation
Confirmed participation cannot be transferred to another person.
Refund policy
• 90% refund for cancellations made before December 31st
• 50% refund for cancellations made before January 31st
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from February 1st onward.
Event cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the organizers due to government regulations or or causes beyond our control, the participation fee will be transferred to the next edition.

Registrandoti accetti le nostre regole di registrazione e la politica di utilizzo dei dati.

REGOLE PER LA REGISTRAZIONE
Registrazioni individuali – Le iscrizioni sono individuali. Se desideri partecipare in coppia, entrambi i partner devono compilare separatamente il modulo di registrazione, indicando il nome del partner nell’apposito campo.
Equilibrio dei partecipanti – L’accettazione delle iscrizioni avverrà tenendo conto dell’equilibrio complessivo (ruolo/genere e nazionalità). Pertanto, l’ordine di registrazione non sarà l’unico criterio di conferma.
Procedura di conferma – Riceverai un’e-mail che ti informerà sull’esito della tua registrazione (ti chiediamo di attendere almeno due settimane). Nella stessa comunicazione saranno indicate anche le istruzioni per il pagamento.
Orari della cena – Ai partecipanti verrà chiesto di scegliere uno dei tre turni di cena:
• T1: 19:30–20:30
• T2: 20:30–21:30
• T3: 21:30–22:30
Dopo la conferma della tua iscrizione (e-mail “YOU ARE IN”), riceverai un messaggio per scegliere il turno di cena, che sarà lo stesso per venerdì e sabato. I turni verranno assegnati secondo il principio “first come, first served” (in base all’ordine di richiesta).
Conferma finale – La partecipazione sarà ufficialmente confermata al momento della ricezione del pagamento (tramite l’e-mail “YOU ARE IN”).
Se partecipi in coppia, la conferma avverrà solo dopo la ricezione di entrambi i pagamenti.
Partecipazione non trasferibile – Una volta confermata, la partecipazione non potrà essere trasferita a un’altra persona.
Politica di rimborso –
• Rimborso del 90% per cancellazioni effettuate entro il 31 dicembre
• Rimborso del 50% per cancellazioni effettuate entro il 31 gennaio
• Nessun rimborso per cancellazioni effettuate a partire dal 1° febbraio
Cancellazione dell’evento – In caso di annullamento da parte degli organizzatori dovuto a regolamenti governativi o a cause indipendenti dalla nostra volontà, la quota di partecipazione verrà trasferita all’edizione successiva.

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected.
When you have subscribed to participate in our event, we will keep your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to that La ToSCA registration service and delete that data once you have requested to be removed. At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be disposed of securely.
Disclosure and security of your personal data
We never disclose your personal data to third parties.
Photo-video disclaimer: During La ToSCA Tango Marathon you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped.
Registering to the event, you thereby give to the organizers the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use legally your likeness, image, or photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium (Social Media, Web Site, Advertising) and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation.
You thereby waive, release and forever discharge the organizers from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image.
