Registration Rules
If you want to participate you have to subscribe filling the form that will be published in this page.
The price is 135€/person and includes: Marathon + 2 Brunches + 2 Dinners + Snacks fruits and water + After Marathon entrance
Registration is mandatory. The marathon is closed (won't be possible buy ticket for single days). Please note that the number of participants is limited and the marathon is gender/role/nationality balanced. In case of critical number we have to compile a waiting list.
In order to keep the balance (gender/role, nationality) of dancers on the dancefloor, the order of registration will not be considered a priority in confirming participation.

REGISTRATION RULES
Registration Method: To register for the marathon please fill in the form that will be put in this page. You can register only as single dancer (only "sentimental" couple has to be communicated to the organizers in the "note" box at the moment of registration). After the online registration you will get an automatic email to confirm that the process worked (if you don't receive the email, please, check the SPAM folder or contact us). We will do our best to answer to you within 2 weeks. After this time, you'll receive a message communicating if you are IN or if you've been put in waiting list.The confirmation to participate is strictly personal and therefore cannot be transferred to another person.

Payment Method: When you will receive the "YOU ARE IN" email, you will be invited to pay the marathon cost. You can attend the event once you have paid the cost and received a confirmation from us. Payment must be done by bank transfer within 7 days. If you do not pay this on time, it causes a lot of extra work for us and so we would really appreciate your co-operation in paying on time. Details regarding payment will be given in the confirmation email.
Refund: If you can’t come, the marathon cost will be refunded (not for requests beyond the 2nd of February). After the 2nd of February you can make a change with another dancer (the request can be submitted via email to latoscatangomarathon@gmail.com) but the change has to be agreed with the organizers; after the 20th of February no more change will be allowed.

Photo-video desclaimer: During La ToSCA Tango Marathon you may be photographed, filmed, or videotape.
Registering to the event, you thereby give to the organizers the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use legally your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium (Social Media, Web Site, Advertising) and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation.
You thereby waive, release and forever discharge the organizers from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image.

Data Use Policy
We respect your right to privacy. This email Privacy Policy sets out details about the way we process personal data that we collect from you and how we may use your information, when you subscribe to, or are already included in a mailing list.
Collection of your personal data
When you subscribe we collect your name, email address, origin, subscription preferences and any other information you choose to provide to us.
Use of your personal data
We collect personal data from you only where we have your consent to do so;
We will use the personal data you have provided to us to send you email alerts and gather feedback to improve our email alerts. We may also occasionally contact you to improve our service.
Storage and retention of your personal data
We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected.
When you have subscribed to participate to our event, we will keep your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to that La ToSCA registration service and delete that data once you have requested to be removed. At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be disposed of securely.
Disclosure and security of your personal data
We never disclose your personal data to third parties.
